Komeeda is an innovative food event startup that offers unique food experiences to its customers. My team set out to conduct user testing for Komeeda so that we could identify and then deliver solutions for usability issues on Komeeda’s desktop and mobile websites. From this study, we were able to provide Komeeda with five recommendations that can help to better communicate Komeeda’s concept, organize event details in an effective and accessible manner, and get potential customers excited about Komeeda’s offerings.
In addition to a report, my team presented to the client a summary of our results in the form of a presentation.
