America ReFramed is a WORLD channel program that airs human interest films on a weekly basis, giving viewers a look at the wide-ranging ways in which people live throughout America. These documentaries provide powerful and inviting insight into people’s lives throughout the many disparate regions that comprise the American landscape.
Seeking to improve its social media presence and audience engagement on Facebook and Twitter, America ReFramed enlisted the help of a team of Pratt Institute School of Information students to provide insights and recommendations for its two social media platforms. My team uncovered what types of posts worked best to increase interest and engagement on each of these platforms.
